Ok dear all of blogger wideworld, if you have ideas about emergency care or management, please join me in this blog or you can sent me your e-mail in my e-mail address in this web. I am glad if there are some issues that can be discussed especially about growing of emergency medicine in Asia especially in Indonesia, the challenges and how to make exist and grow more and more bigger. I hope all of us care about this because no more morbidity and mortality ANYMORE in emergency management, it's enough to manage the emergency department carelessly. We must wake up from long sleep in the understand of emergency department is only the door or way after policlinic (outpatient dept), NO Anymore!!! Because Emergency Department is the place that all of pasients should be ensured as a stable or unstable condition and an unstable condition should get resuscitation and stabilisation condition and sent to the right place that make them ready to get defitive care from other department (surgeon, internal medicine, neurologic etc) to decrease useless morbidity and mortality. BRAVO, PEACE !!! focus on your patients!!! Not to your wallet and take care your patient clinically not only based on laboratory result. Principally : Do your best!!!!!
